What does a successful Marketo Expert do?

At Fiserv, a successful Manager Application Support I ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of the Marketo platform while managing our IP and domain reputations. This role is crucial in overseeing the implementation of new platforms, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance application performance and reliability. It aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients, reinforcing our role as partners in possibility.

What you will do:

·       Lead and manage a team to provide expert-level support for business applications.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and escalate when necessary.

·       Monitor application performance and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.

·       Develop and maintain detailed documentation of support activities and procedures.

·       Provide mentorship and training to team members.

·       Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless application support.

·       Adapt responsibilities as needed to accommodate evolving business requirements.

What you will need to have:

·       5+ years of experience working within the Marketo automation platform.

·       6+ years of experience in the industry.

·       Extensive project management-related experience.

·       Hands-on experience working at an agency covering Fortune 500 client accounts or within an internal email department of a Fortune 500 firm managing a campaign portfolio.

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, parallel project deadlines in a cross-functional team environment.

·       Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.

What would be great to have:

·       Marketo certification.

·       5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of the lead-to-customer journey.

·       4+ years of experience with Marketo Revenue Cycle Model/Revenue Cycle Explorer.

·       Strong team building, leadership, strategic and tactical planning skills.

·       Analytical thinking and ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

·       Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe Marketo.

·       Exposure to Salesforce for contact management.

·       Exposure to SQL Server, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

·       Experience with Azure Blob Storage.

·       Experience in marketing within B2B & B2C spaces.
