The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs thoroughly. They analyze, design, and implement technology-driven business improvements, ensuring that solutions align with best practices and contribute to the organization's reputation for excellence. The role demands a balance of technical insight, business understanding, and effective communication to influence key decisions and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
