Strategy& is a strategy consulting team that supports the transformation of companies from the strategy development process through to implementation. We deliver projects in Poland and throughout the CEE region, serving clients from various industries, with a particular focus on retail and consumer goods, oil, gas & chemical, financial services, or life sciences. We assist clients in making strategic decisions, support them in operational process improvement, and aid in business development. Our most frequent projects encompass business, organizational, consumer, and operational excellence strategies as well as M&A transaction support.

We are looking for:

Team Member in Strategy& (Financial Services)

You will be one of the key members of the Strategy& team, responsible for solving complex business problems, driving value-added and quality delivery for Clients, supporting international practice growth, and developing business with our current and target Clients. We are looking for ambitious candidates who can take ownership and are seeking long-term development opportunities in a challenging environment.

Your future role:

• Strategic Architect: Spearhead the development of innovative strategies that are crucial for revolutionizing and expediting the business success of our Clients. Achieve this by deeply understanding their business strategy, organizational strengths, industry dynamics, and leveraging the latest in technology and digital transformation trends, process enhancement models, and essential performance indicators.
• Digital Visionary: Craft forward-thinking digital strategies and devise solutions to address intricate digital challenges, ensuring our Clients are equipped to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.
• Business Expansion Leader: Drive the growth of our presence in Europe, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Identify and cultivate new client relationships, while simultaneously enhancing existing partnerships.
• Opportunity Catalyst: Engage in dynamic business development initiatives to pinpoint and secure opportunities with new and existing clients, playing a pivotal role in winning key engagements.
• Content Innovator: Create and refine compelling marketing content within your area of expertise, enhancing our narrative and reach in the market. 
• Relationship Transformer: Convert the rapport established with Clients during various projects into substantial technology implementation initiatives, solidifying long-term partnerships and delivering tangible value. 

Apply if you have:

• Professional experience in a top consulting firm and/or in a strategy setting,
• Strong capabilities or interests in the financial services market (banks, insurers, leasing, payment companies, etc.),
• Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities allowing the development of mid-and and long-term strategies,
• Demonstrate quick learning pace, ability to identify risks and to make plans to mitigate them,
• Demonstrate strong skills or potential in business development,
• Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, MS Office literacy,
• Highly organized and detail-oriented skills,
• The self-starter's skills demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and easily working with ambiguity,
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English.
