Team Manager – Heathwood, QLD

Wednesday to Saturday Shift - Fixed terms contract Role

About the role –

As a Team Manager, you’ll lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure our teams deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality service. You’ll play a key role in resource planning, coaching team members, improving operational performance, and fostering a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.

This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the smooth running of our site. You will be responsible for supervising team members, coordinating workflow, managing KPIs, and supporting both our customers and internal stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to -

• Lead and coordinate warehouse activities to meet operational, safety, and customer service targets.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including OHSE, HVNL and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
• Support, coach, and guide team members, including training, performance discussions and onboarding.
• Deliver accurate, on-time processing of freight, inventory, cycle counts, and documentation.
• Monitor and manage operational KPIs, labour plans, and throughput targets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operational flow.

What you’ll need to succeed –

• Proven experience in transport, logistics or fashion related industry. 
• Exposure to 3PL Warehousing and familiarisation of automated warehousing.
• Leadership Skills to manage and mentor the team.
• Proficient computer skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
