We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Institutions team at Marsh. This role can be based in Norwich, however as this is a hybrid role, applicants across the UK will be considered on a remote working basis.

This is a part time (28 hrs per week) Monday to Thursday, fixed term contract ending on the 2nd July 2027.

We are seeking a proactive Team Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders within the team, including 1:1 diary management for the Head of Financial Institutions, travel coordination, expenses and room bookings. FINPRO’s Financial Institutions practice is a specialist insurance broking and risk-advisory business supporting banks, insurers, investment and asset managers, broker-dealers, fintechs and other financial-sector organisations with complex financial, professional, management-liability, crime and cyber risks.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring sound judgement, strong organisation and the ability to build trusted relationships while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

This would suit someone with previous experience within a similar Team Assistant or Personal Secretary role.

We will rely on you to:

• Proactive 1:1 diary support for the Head of Financial Institutions

• Expense submission for senior leaders within the Financial Institutions team

• Support in booking domestic and international travel for the team

• Support in booking internal and client rooms for meetings and events

What you need to have:

• Some experience within a team Assistant or Secretarial role supporting Snr Stakeholders.

• Good planning, organisation, and social skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Previous experience within the Financial Services sector is an advantage but not essential
