Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.

  • Prepare and maintain tax provisions, forecasts, and annual tax budgets.

  • Review and reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts and balances.

  • Review tax disclosures and notes in financial statements.

• Tax Advisory & Business Partnering

  • Provide guidance on tax implications for contracts, transactions, and business initiatives.

  • Monitor tax regulation changes and ensure implementation of new requirements.

  • Support internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Procurement) with tax advisory.

• Audit, Risk & Compliance Management

  • Manage tax audits, tax authority inquiries, SP2DK, disputes, and litigation processes.

  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and responses.

  • Ensure proper tax risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance controls.

• Transfer Pricing & Regional Oversight

  • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Provide oversight on end-to-end tax matters across Indonesia and also serves as the key point of contact for tax matters in Thailand, Singapore, India, United Arab Emirates & Hong Kong.

• Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for tax matters with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure tax compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

• Minimum 6–10 years of relevant tax experience-ideally combining public accounting and corporate tax backgrounds-preferred with experience in multinational companies.

• Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, WHT, VAT) and transfer pricing.

• Experience handling tax audits, disputes, and compliance processes.

• Proficient in tax systems (e.g., Coretax is a plus).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
