Who We Are
About the Opportunity
As OKX scale internationally and navigate an increasingly complex international tax landscape, we are looking for a Global Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager to join our lean, high-impact tax team, partnering closely with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders across the different regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage tax compliance matters for the Group, working with broader finance team and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings across all jurisdictions;
- Monitor tax risks across the Group, maintain documentation of key tax positions, and assist in the assessment of uncertain tax positions for reporting purposes;
- Prepare quarterly tax provisions and monitor effective tax rate, cash tax positions, identifying drivers for material variances and potential tax risks.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of Pillar 2 across more than 15 jurisdictions, including deferred tax assessments and filing obligations;
- Monitor changes and updates in global tax legislation to identify potential tax impacts and provide corresponding tax solutions to business teams in advance, ensuring ongoing tax compliance;
- Partner with business teams to advise on tax implications and support informed decision making
- Support on controversy matters, working with local finance teams and external advisors to manage the tax audit, submissions, and resolution processes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including enhancement of documentation standards, reporting workflows, and tax-related automation efforts
- Build strong relationships with non-tax stakeholders, including Business, Finance, Legal and Product teams to proactively share tax insights and information
- Any other tasks and projects assigned
What We Look For In You

- 10+ years of international tax experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 / advisory and in-house roles
- Excellent tax accounting and tax compliance technical skills, analytical thinker, detail oriented
- Strong understanding of Pillar 2 concepts and Country-by-Country reporting required
- Self-starter, comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment; resourceful and adaptable
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to both detail and the bigger picture
- Familiarity of US/ EU tax concepts and international tax experience supporting US listed MNC highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in tax processes is a plus (e.g., leveraging AI for compliance, data analysis, or process automation)
