We're looking for a Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients to join our Tax and Legal (Private Clients) team. Your Mission:

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients, you will:

• Advise on Maltese and international personal tax matters, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
• Structure inheritance and succession plans in close collaboration with legal and tax experts
• Manage and administer immigration applications, coordinate with government departments, and advise clients on residency and relocation
• Support clients in structuring assets and investments for optimal tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high-touch experience during visits and ongoing interactions
• Gain exposure to diverse clients and complex assignments, with meaningful opportunities for learning, collaboration, and innovation

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in accounting, tax, or a related field
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Maltese, Mandarin, or Russian is an asset)
• Demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Approaches challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Brings prior experience in a client-facing role within a service-provider environment (considered an asset)
• Is adaptable, curious, and eager to continue developing professionally
