Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Facilitate the Integrated Talent Cycle in the region, supporting HRBPs and leaders in performance optimization, talent management reviews, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning to ensure actionable outcomes.
- Identify successors for key positions by evaluating internal talent, readiness, and development priorities, co-designing Individual Development Plans in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- Deliver impactful workshops, team interventions, and capability-building programs through in-person, virtual, and online platforms to enhance learner experiences and meet program objectives.
- Engage in global and cross-regional talent and learning projects, offering subject matter expertise (SME) and innovative solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Support the employee engagement Pulse Survey by analyzing outcomes, generating insights, and facilitating discussions with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to HR professionals, fostering a high-performing team that aligns with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that talent and learning strategies are aligned with growth objectives and evolving regional needs.
- Promote continuous development of talent management practices, aligning them with Brambles' long-term business and talent goals to drive sustained growth and capability development.

As a Talent Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how talent is identified, developed, and mobilised across our global organisation. Acting as the bridge between Talent Management and key business functions, you'll partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to create a more transparent, connected, and skills focused talent ecosystem.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive internal mobility, increase visibility of talent across the organisation, and help embed scalable talent processes that support both business growth and employee development. This is a highly influential role offering the opportunity to shape talent strategy, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a measurable impact on the employee experience.
This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and talent expertise to help ensure the organisation is equipped with the skills and capabilities needed for the future.
🔍 What You'll Do
Act as the key interface between Talent Management and global functions including Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, and Strategy.
Champion initiatives that increase internal applications and career movement, creating greater awareness of opportunities across the organisation.
Help build transparency around employee skills, experiences, and capabilities, enabling better talent and workforce planning decisions.
Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to support a more fluid, consistent, and effective talent management process.
Support leaders in identifying, developing, and deploying talent through robust talent insights and meaningful workforce conversations.
🎯 What We're Looking For
At least 5 years experience in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders within a matrixed organisation.
Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning activities, or internal mobility programmes.
Ability to navigate complexity, work through ambiguity, and identify where intervention can drive the greatest talent outcomes.
