To help us continue growing, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will take ownership of recruitment in the Czech Republic. You'll work directly with business leaders, influence hiring decisions, build exceptional teams, and continuously improve the way we recruit.

This role starts with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, but over time you'll have the opportunity to expand your impact into broader People initiatives, helping shape employee experience, culture and talent development.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on Sales and Business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge hiring assumptions, and define the best hiring strategy for every position.
• Build proactive talent pipelines instead of hiring only when vacancies arise.
• Source exceptional talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards and creative sourcing approaches.
• Conduct screening interviews and competency-based interviews that help identify both skills and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring efficiency and make better hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview quality and candidate experience.
• Experiment with AI tools, automation and new sourcing techniques to make recruitment faster and smarter.

As your impact grows

Requirements

We're looking for someone who

• Has 1–3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house, agency, or a fast-growing environment.
• Speaks fluent Czech and has a good command of English.
• Enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Can confidently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Thinks beyond filling vacancies and enjoys improving how recruitment works.
• Challenges the status quo and brings ideas instead of simply executing tasks.
• Uses recruitment data and metrics to make better decisions.
• Is proactive, curious and enjoys solving problems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Wants to grow beyond Talent Acquisition into a broader People Partner role.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting Sales, Marketing or Business roles.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workable is a plus).
• Experience using recruitment analytics and KPIs.
• Interest in AI-powered recruitment and automation.
• Experience with employer branding or onboarding initiatives.
