Sobre este puesto de Talent Acquisition Partner en Intermex Wire Transfer
Our mission is to be the preferred provider of money transfer services across the United States and Latin America. We are committed to excellence and delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners.
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Miami office. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to business leaders, with a primary focus on building high-performing Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role designed for someone who is equally comfortable partnering with leadership, analyzing recruiting metrics, building sourcing strategies, and actively headhunting passive talent.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding handoff.
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition Partner to Sales leadership, supporting high-volume and specialized hiring across Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership.
- Build and execute proactive headhunting and sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring Sales positions rather than relying exclusively on applicants generated from open requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers and Department Heads to develop effective recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, establish interview processes, and provide market intelligence.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate documentation, workflow management, candidate dispositioning, reporting, and data integrity.
- Leverage recruiting technology and modern ATS capabilities to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring workflows, reporting, and overall recruiting efficiency.
- Track and analyze key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, candidate response rates, offer acceptance rates, requisition aging, and hiring volume.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and recommend improvements to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline health, candidate activity, recruiting challenges, market conditions, and expected hiring timelines.
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process while effectively communicating the Intermex employment value proposition.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and diversity and equal employment practices throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with HR and the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from accepted offer through pre-employment processing and new-hire onboarding.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within corporate Talent Acquisition, staffing, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Inside Sales and Outside Sales professionals, preferably within fast-paced, high-volume, or performance-driven sales organizations.
- Strong experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting, including identifying and engaging passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, talent mapping, recruiting campaigns, and other sourcing strategies.
- Experience developing or executing recruitment marketing campaigns to generate candidate interest and improve applicant flow.
- Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of recruiting analytics and the ability to interpret Talent Acquisition KPIs and funnel metrics to improve recruiting performance.
- Ability to operate as a consultative Talent Acquisition Partner, providing hiring managers with recommendations on sourcing strategy, candidate quality, market conditions, compensation competitiveness, and hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of employment law, recruiting compliance, and fair and consistent hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional recruiting experience will also be considered.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with professional verbal communication skills in both languages.
