We're looking for a TA Manager, Operations & Enablement to lead our small but mighty team of TA Coordinators while staying hands-on as a player/coach — personally supporting a small number of critical searches, managing and developing your team, and owning the strategy behind how we run interview operations. This is a builder's role: you'll look at existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and go fix them — ideally with the help of AI and modern tooling. You'll sit on the TA leadership team, giving you a direct seat in shaping how coordination, candidate experience, and hiring team experience evolve globally across Porch Group.

What You Will Do As A TA Manager, Operations & Enablement

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA Coordinators, including hiring, performance management, and staffing/capacity planning
• Own the TA Coordination strategy and roadmap, setting team goals and KPIs (e.g., time-to-schedule, coordinator workload, candidate experience) and reporting progress to TA leadership
• Personally own scheduling and coordination for a small number of critical/high-priority searches across North and/or South America
• Identify, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools to streamline interview experience for candidates and hiring teams, owning tool/vendor evaluation and relationships
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, and Legal on process and tooling changes with organization-wide impact
• Represent TA Coordination as part of the TA leadership team, contributing an operational lens to broader talent strategy
• Collaborate on and manage recruiting projects within Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, and Operations as they arise, and drive improvements to core processes

What You Will Bring As A TA Manager, Operations & Enablement

• Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of professional relevant work experience equivalent)
• 7+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced environment within Talent Acquisition teams
• 2+ years leading or acting as a core manager, lead, or coach on a team, with direct experience coaching and developing team members
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization
• Hands-on experience and passion for leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to optimize TA coordination and interview workflows and improve candidate experience
• Previous hands-on experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting (or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems) highly preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
• Proven experience working with US based business teams
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language
• This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range: 1,687,500 – 2,362,500 INR annually
