About this role
Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern and help us find top talent! Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment.

What you will do :

Talent Acquisition and Coordination :

• Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Malaysia / SEA and making the first touch with candidates.
• Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.

Employer Branding :

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
• Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.

Requirements

What we are looking for: 

• Malaysian citizen or on valid Student Visa (visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Currently pursuing a final year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Able to proactively attract talent via emails, cold calling and through LinkedIn.
• Keen to kickstart a career within the Human Resources function.
• Eager to dive into talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Additional information :

• We are looking for those who can do full-time internship of 6 months.
• The intern salary is MYR 1200.
