Following a ‘high tech & high touch’ approach, we support companies, their employees, and their families with proactive and practical mental health services. Through our digital platform, clients can access 1:1 check-ins, online courses, articles, videos, group sessions, mindfulness practices, and a team of committed mental well-being experts. As we believe that mental and physical well-being are deeply connected, we have also added Lifestyle Experts to our offering, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and sleep. About the role

You'll join an ambitious People team who genuinely does meaningful work. You work closely with your TA colleagues, HR and hiring managers across the business, including the founder and MT members and report directly to the Chief People Officer.

You're a true hands-on generalist. Commercial hiring is your main focus, and you're just as at home across tech, operations as well as hiring our experts. We won't hold you to a fixed split. We'll hold you to the quality of every hire.

We believe in a high tech, high touch future of recruitment. This function is changing radically, and we intend to be at the forefront of both sides of it: bringing the right technology in, and protecting the human elements it can't replace. You're not here to experiment on the side, you've already started redesigning your workflows and building AI into how you hire.

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, with commercial hiring as your main focus, and support on expert hiring and contributing to scaling the function.
• Lead sourcing proactively and creatively, with a strong craft for finding the right people before they come to you, building campaigns and channels, not just searches.
• Leverage AI, automation and workflows across your hiring, including managing and training the AI agents that do the heavy lifting, so your time goes where it matters most.
• Build talent communities so you're partnering with the best people on the market before a role even opens, including hosting commercial and sales events that put us in the room with them early.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, making your process transparent to them with the right data.
• Help shape the function beyond the day-to-day; employer branding, and redesigning how we hire as the craft changes.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience across all role types, even when priorities shift and timelines are tight.
• Stay ahead of what's changing in TA and bring your hiring managers and the wider People team with you.

About You

You're motivated by a fast-paced, international startup environment, and your values align with our mission: openness, a genuine motivation to help others, and the ambition to perform and build something meaningful. You thrive where no two days look the same, and you're driven to use data and technology to make recruitment sharper and more human.

What you'll bring

• 5–8 years in TA, or a mix of TA and agency recruitment.
• Experience in scale-ups or start-ups; you've worked in small, less structured organizations and know how to build without a playbook.
• A strong sourcing instinct: you know your way around Boolean, X-ray and creative channels, and you don't wait on inbound to fill a pipeline.
• Confidence with senior stakeholders, pairing data with strategic thinking to guide their decisions.
• A reader of people: you pick up on motivation, energy and culture fit beyond what's on the CV.
• Curiosity about AI and automation in recruitment: you're already experimenting and genuinely excited to learn more.
• Equally comfortable across executive backfills and new role builds, sometimes both in the same week.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a lovely bonus, never a requirement.
