Reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a key hire to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best Client Services talent into proSapient, managing a high volume of Client Services hires across our London and Lisbon teams. We're heading into a big year - doubling our hiring goals again in 2027 and we're growing the Talent team to match. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a people-focused, candidate experience-led team and help take our Client Services hiring to the next level. 

This role suits someone who's genuinely proactive - a doer who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what's next. Much of the hiring is high-volume and repetitive by nature (you'll often be recruiting for the same roles again and again, across both our London and Lisbon Client Services teams), so you'll need to be highly organised, strong on admin, and able to bring consistent energy and rigour to a process you'll be running many times over. 

This is a Fixed Term Contract.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates – using advertising, social media and direct channels to tap into the best talent in each location. 

• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, from interviewing candidates, processing candidates, and handling offers – you will ensure that our candidates have a brilliant experience at each step of the process 

• Interviewing for our Client Services divisions on a high-volume, often repetitive basis, proactively sourcing to find the best entry-level talent for London and Lisbon 

• Utilising our ATS system daily, tracking all candidates properly and using data to improve process and experience 

• Working with the wider team to build out a strategy for proactive relationships with universities 

• Working with the wider EMEA Talent team to run on other large-scale hiring initiatives, as we scale the function to meet 2027 hiring targets 

• Researching recruitment projects – seeing how we can continually innovate within our Talent function to ensure we are both efficient and effective in hiring future high performers into the organisation and continue to raise the bar. 

Requirements

• Experience in multi-channel sourcing (job boards, social media, direct/outbound outreach); entry-level/graduate talent sourcing; building and maintaining talent pipelines at volume. 

• Experienced in and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience 

• Highly proactive – a self-starter and doer who takes initiative. 

• Drive, resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency and bias for action. 

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship management skills. 

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail on admin-heavy, high-volume workflows. 

• Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner 

• A second language – either French, German, Dutch, or Nordics – would be valuable but not essential.
