What you'll own

• Conducts pre-employment background check and acquires all paperwork from new hires to obtain complete compliance.

• Maintains recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperwork.

• Generates weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.

• Responsible for background check invoice payments and tracking.

• Directs employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the company.

• Works effectively with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questions.

• Keeps candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitions.

• May coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payroll.

• Recognizes and recommends opportunities for process improvements.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

• Education Requirements High school diploma or GED General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

• Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience is a plus

• Ability to understand Employment Law.

• Experience in a service business where excellent customer service was required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
