Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) 

Job Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment strategies and perform recruitment coordination tasks, including scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, and assisting with onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure the recruitment and onboarding processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain proactive communication with new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and support their successful onboarding.
• Maintain internal systems to ensure recruitment and employee data is recorded and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or other HR-related functions; alternatively, fresh graduates with outstanding capabilities and relevant internship experience are also welcome.
• Proficient English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills.
