The Leidos AEGIS program is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator II to support enterprise conferencing, audiovisual (AV), and network-connected systems and devices. In this role, you will configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot conferencing platforms and devices while supporting network connectivity, security requirements, and system availability. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on systems administration and AV experience, strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across VoIP, network, cybersecurity, and other technical teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and support the Pexip conferencing bridge.
- Provide remote support for conferencing devices and related technologies.
- Configure new devices in accordance with established security requirements.
- Collaborate with the VoIP team to support device configuration and integration.
- Assist with network configuration activities.
- Enroll and manage devices within the NAC Gateway, Control Hub, and other applicable administrative tools.
- Support the VTC Gateway and associated video teleconferencing services.
- Coordinate and support DDI/DNS-related activities.
- Support SOC MAR activities and requirements.
- Monitor open incident tickets and ensure timely progress toward resolution.
- Coordinate with ticket leads to address parent ticket requirements and dependencies.
- Identify and address required security updates.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support assigned devices and systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues.
- Maintain accurate process and technical documentation for supported activities.
- Develop and update knowledge base articles.
- Prepare and submit weekly 5-by-15 status updates to the Director.
- Maintain and update applicable certifications and licenses.
- Maintain process documentation in designated shared repositories.
- Maintain and update contingency plans for supported systems and activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the following areas:
- Experience supporting audiovisual (AV) technologies and environments.
- Experience performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Experience with network security concepts and requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with VoIP, network, cybersecurity, and other technical teams.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance ranging from a Public Trust, at minimum, up to a Top-Secret clearance, as required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
