The Synthesis Technician operates and maintains production equipment in a continuous manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to process specifications and quality standards. The role involves monitoring systems, performing setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and assembling mechanical and electronic components. It also supports equipment installation, repair, and process efficiency across production operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• 按照合成标准操作流程进行日常合成填料工作（如SPE/HPLC/FLASH）
• Daily synthesis operation based on relative SOPs (such as SPE/HPLC/FLASH)
• 负责合成操作工作区大颗粒填料内5S执行与维护
• Responsible for 5S execution and maintenance of large particle packing in the synthesis operation area
• 按照安全标准操作规程进行设备使用及维护
• Equipment operation and maintenance based on EHS SOPs 
• 负责至少两条产线的生产进度和工单关闭
• Responsible for production schedule and work order closing of at least two production lines
• 按照公司EHS夜班规定进行夜间合成生产
• Night shift synthesis operation based on EHS SOPs
• 协助经理及其他研发人员，完成上级交给的其他工作
• Assist the manager and other developers, complete other work from superior.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 化学工程相关专业，专科及以上学历
• Chemical engineer or related majors, college degree or above
• 具备2年以上食品或药品行业相关工作经验。At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry. 熟悉常用化学品的使用，了解其基本危害因素、防护方法及简单应急处置措施。
• Familiarity with common chemicals, including knowledge of basic hazards, protective measures, and emergency handling procedures.
• 较强的沟通能力、学习能力及团队合作精神
• Solid communication and learning skills are required. A Team player.       
• 要求简单英语读写
• Basic English reading and writing.
