We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team, supporting customers on behalf of Dyson. Working from the comfort of your home in Greece, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support across a range of enquiries. Your daily tasks will involve answering customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats.

Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of Swedish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport.

·      You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
