The Role
Join our Growth Channels & Customer Supply Chain team as a Supply Planner - Third Party Procurement & Distributions requirements planning. In this collaborative role, you'll help ensure products are available where and when customers need them by managing procurement, replenishment, and distribution planning across domestic and international manufacturing partners. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to balance service, inventory, freshness, and supply chain performance in a dynamic FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement and replenishment plans to support service, inventory, and customer outcomes
Optimise inventory deployment across the national distribution network through effective DRP planning
Proactively identify supply risks and coordinate solutions to maintain continuity of supply
Support product launches, range changes, and planning system readiness activities
Maintain accurate SAP planning data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Procurement Planning, or a related supply chain role.
Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, and DRP processes.
Confident using data and insights to solve problems and make informed decisions.
Skilled at building positive relationships and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and a continuous improvement mindset
