Job Description

Just imagine seeing clear, trusted evidence that supplier actions are reducing emissions across a global supply base. Then make it real.

About the role

In this 12-month fixed-term role as as our Supplier Sustainability Analytics Manager Specialist, you'll support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LEGO® Group supplier decarbonization progress tracking approach. Working closely with sustainability, procurement, and data teams, you'll analyze supplier emissions data, track progress over time, develop forecasting and scenario analyses, and generate insights that uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and gaps in achieving climate targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered carbon accounting programmes using greenhouse gas methodologies and emissions reporting frameworks.
  • Built Product Carbon Footprint methodologies, calculations, or reporting approaches.
  • Developed data analytics and visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Led project or programme delivery involving sustainability, procurement, or data initiatives.
  • Managed stakeholder groups across multiple functions to align objectives and drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Created supply chain emissions forecasting or modelling approaches to support planning and decision making.
  • Implemented data governance practices or worked with sustainability reporting platforms and ESG systems.

What you'll build

  • A robust and reliable framework for tracking supplier emissions and decarbonization progress.
  • Dashboards and key performance indicators that provide visibility into supplier climate performance.
  • Forecasting and scenario models that assess progress toward emissions reduction targets.
  • Insights that identify emissions reduction opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Scalable reporting approaches that improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
  • Trusted guidance on carbon accounting and Product Carbon Footprint methodologies.

If you've worked in a role where you led Scope 3, supplier sustainability, carbon accounting, or emissions reporting initiatives, you'll feel at home here. If you've improved reporting coverage, automated analytics, influenced supplier performance, or developed metrics adopted by leadership teams, you'll bring valuable experience. What matters most is turning complex data into practical actions that create measurable impact.

Life on the team

The Procurement Supplier Sustainability team sets environmental direction across the supply base, develops long-term roadmaps, and embeds sustainability into procurement processes. We're a collaborative global team working in a hybrid rhythm and partnering across sustainability, procurement, product, and data functions. You'll use strong analytical problem solving, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills while helping others understand complex topics through clear and practical insights.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted voice on supplier emissions performance and understand how to measure progress with confidence. You'll help shape how supplier decarbonization is tracked, forecast future outcomes, and influence meaningful climate action through credible data. Over the next 12 months, you'll contribute to stronger data governance, expanded supplier emissions reporting, increased supplier engagement, and more advanced scenario modelling. You'll work closely with Procurement Supplier Sustainability, Procurement Category teams, Sustainability teams, Data & Analytics teams, Product teams, supplier partners, and senior stakeholders involved in climate strategy and reporting.
