  • Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance, identify trends and potential risks, and drive opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Lead or support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for supplier quality issues, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, implementation, and effectiveness verification.

  • Develop and manage corrective action plans with suppliers to address process failures, nonconformances, and recurring quality issues.

  • Perform on-site supplier visits, as required, to support root cause investigations, process assessments, corrective action implementation, and verification of effectiveness.

  • Partner directly with suppliers to improve manufacturing and quality processes and prevent recurrence of defects.

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality procedures and processes to ensure alignment with regulatory, ISO/AS standards, and customer requirements.

  • Support the PWES internal audit program, including audit preparation, execution, documentation, and follow-up activities.

  • Support external audits and assessments as required.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues and improve overall supplier performance.

  • Maintain accurate audit, quality, and corrective action documentation in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements.

  • Travel to supplier locations and other business sites as needed; up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Auditing, Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Supplier Quality, or a related quality discipline within a regulated environment, OR, an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 2+ years of quality auditing experience, including supplier audits and/or internal audits.

  • Experience leading or performing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.

  • Previous supplier quality or quality assurance experience within the aerospace/aviation industry.

  • Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9110, ISO 9001, or similar quality management standards.

  • AS9100 or AS9110 Auditor Certification.
