The Summer Analyst Internship Program is designed to provide a meaningful introduction to both the leadership advisory profession and life at Spencer Stuart. Through hands-on project work, training sessions, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, interns deepen their understanding of executive recruitment and leadership consulting while building foundational skills that will benefit them throughout their future careers.
