Make IT Personal at TD SYNNEX through our Early Careers Summer Internship Program. This 10-week Commercial, High Growth Track is an experience designed for business students who are ready to sharpen their commercial and customer-facing skills, explore go-to-market career pathways, and contribute to meaningful work across a global IT distributor.

This application is for students interested in Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management, Business Development, Product Management, and Data Analytics. Applicants will be asked to indicate their preferred area of interest when applying.

The program runs 10 weeks, full time, beginning May 17, 2027, with internships hosted in Greenville, SC and Clearwater, FL.

Each internship is aligned to a department and business function, giving students the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real commercial projects in partner engagement, marketing, and revenue growth. Interns will build professional networks through senior leader speaker sessions, peer engagement events, job shadowing, and exposure to the business operations behind a global IT distribution company.

What We Are Looking For

• Pursuing a business-related major, including Marketing, Sales or Professional Selling, Business Administration and Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program
• Able to work from one of the listed locations on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with comfort building presentations and customer-ready materials
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, and an interest in using technology to strengthen outreach, content, and business outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with partners and internal stakeholders

Example Duties and Projects

Sales Intern

• Support the Sales team with contracts, procurement processes, and compliance documentation
• Generate quotes, track orders, and provide sales support for federal and public sector clients
• Act as a liaison between vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep communication timely and fulfillment accurate
• Join client meetings and work with account managers to align solutions with customer needs
• Example project: support a federal sales workflow from quote preparation and vendor coordination through fulfillment tracking, then present recommendations that improve client satisfaction and efficiency

Marketing Intern

• Partner with marketing and services teams to create promotional content for key business units
• Design and publish internal newsletters that build awareness and adoption of our services
• Develop one-pagers, LinkedIn content, and presentation materials that support messaging and outreach
• Maintain content submission forms and refresh case studies so they stay accurate and relevant
• Example project: support a service-focused marketing campaign from content creation and layout design through scheduling and handoff, then present recommendations to improve future messaging and engagement

Vendor Management Intern

• Help maintain vendor records, update contact information, and keep data accurate across internal systems
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, and payment variances
• Support account reconciliation by validating invoices, reviewing aged receivables, and monitoring vendor account health
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations, to resolve issues on time
• Example project: complete a vendor account reconciliation, research invoice discrepancies with internal teams, and present recommendations that streamline vendor communication and reduce aged balances

Business Development Intern

• Support the Public Sector Business Development team by identifying vendor and reseller partners with limited alignment to federal, state, local, education, and healthcare markets
• Conduct data sourcing and gap analysis across partners to uncover engagement opportunities and guide targeted enablement
• Help organize strategic events that promote vendor solutions and encourage collaboration
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to support pipeline growth, contract awareness, and market expansion
• Example project: support a partner engagement initiative by mapping public sector contacts, identifying gaps, coordinating outreach, and presenting recommendations that improve alignment and drive growth

Product Management Intern

• Support product lifecycle management by assisting with vendor onboarding, quote creation, and special pricing requests
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to streamline communication, improve efficiency, and support sales enablement
• Build and maintain reseller pursuit lists and vertical alignment strategies that strengthen vendor relationships and support quarterly business reviews
• Manage quote extensions, license renewals, and add-on requests that help retain and grow vendor partnerships
• Example project: support a vendor growth initiative by building targeted reseller lists, coordinating with vendors, and presenting outcomes and strategies for future engagement

• Work within a finance team to clean, flag, and extract data, ensuring quality before it reaches reporting and analysis
• Build machine learning forecasting models to predict account balances and anticipate trends, transactions, and cash flow changes
• Analyze reports, semantic models, and workspace usage to improve how the business uses its data
• Work with tools including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, PySpark, and scikit-learn, with support toward earning a Microsoft certification
• Present findings to business partners, translating analysis into recommendations they can act on
• Example project: build a forecasting model end to end from data cleaning and model selection through validation, then present results and planning implications to the team

Selected interns will complete a background check before the program begins.
