• The projects developed are innovative: performance targets are out of step with the existing one.

• Projects affect all Product / Process / Materials / Methods domains, and generate more value compared to existing ones, Q C D A respected projects.

• Technology watch and patent watch active on the domain.

• Patents are filed. Knowledge is capitalized, secure.

• Business and process skills are progressing in teams with training and coaching.

• His/her own skills are progressing .

• The best practices and design rules of his area of expertise are applied.

• Network active in the field for: sharing solutions and best practices, resolving difficulties in the field, developing skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).

• Major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or Computer Science

• The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

• Success in working with other people or team to meet a common objective.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.

• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis. This position is not available for immigration sponsorship.
