Sobre este puesto de Subscriptions & Closings Manager en Angellist
About Belltower Fund Group:
Belltower, AngelList’s funds services division, is empowering world-changing fund investments.
Belltower was formed in 2019 as AngelList’s native fund administrator. Belltower provides fund administration services to the venture space. Our coverage spans syndicates, venture funds, and first-of-their-kind rolling funds. Our full-service fund management offering streamlines the complexity of running a fund by integrating financial reporting, tax, compliance, portfolio management, and other services that managers typically have to cobble together from multiple vendors. Our services, combined with AngelList’s software, enable us to launch and scale a fund efficiently, allowing fund managers to focus on what they do best: investing.
Since 2019, Belltower has supported 27k+ funds representing over $25B in assets under administration, leveraging AngelList’s fund admin software to power the service layer for funds launched on the AngelList platform.
About the Role
The Subscriptions & Closings (S&C) team sits within GP Services and owns the moment a fund launches: getting SPVs and funds set up correctly, collecting investor subscriptions, closing capital, prorating commitments, and confirming closings so that capital can be deployed quickly. Every syndicate, venture fund, and rolling fund on the platform passes through this team, and the pace is high.
As the S&C Manager, you will lead this team day-to-day and be accountable for its output: fast and accurate fund launches, closings that happen on time, and a client experience that feels white-glove even at scale. This is a product-oriented role: you will work directly with GPs and institutional customers, partner with AngelList's Product and Engineering teams to ship product and process improvements, and work hand-in-hand with the Fund Formation team, whose workflows are tightly interwoven with yours. You will report to the Director of GP Services.
This role exists because S&C is where operational precision and client trust meet. The ideal candidate is a structured manager with strong customer service experience in private markets or fund administration, who knows how venture funds and SPVs take in capital and can catch the corner case every time. We are looking for someone who can run the team with rigor today while building the client-facing, product-minded, scalable processes that Belltower's growth in GP Services and our institutional offering will demand.
