In this varied role, you will help create a positive student experience by providing friendly, accurate and informative advice to students and staff, completing a broad range of student and academic administration activities, and resolving day-to-day enquiries with care and sound judgement.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely, accurate and helpful advice to students, staff and stakeholders in accordance with University policies, procedures and legislation.
- Processing a broad range of student administration activities including admissions, progression, examinations, enrolments, study abroad matters and other academic administration functions.
- Supporting academic administration activities including course profile updates, timetabling, examination preparation, grade processing and system maintenance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing procedures, maintaining data integrity and supporting the accuracy of information across University systems, websites and publications.
About You
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
- Experience in administration, with the ability to quickly develop knowledge of student and academic administration processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across a large organisation.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in a tertiary education environment and knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and student administration systems would be desirable.
