Structural Steel Plant Manager

Salary: Starting at $80,000/year, higher depending on experience
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Plant Manager to lead fabrication operations across two nearby facilities and two shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to production supervisors while overseeing safety, quality, maintenance, productivity, scheduling, and on-time shipments.
The manager will lead a growing workforce of approximately 65 employees, with a target of approximately 90, supported by 5–6 department and shop supervisors.

- Shipping
- Support recruiting, employee retention, workforce development, and succession planning.
- Address employee performance and disciplinary matters as needed.
- Identify potential production issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple large, heavy, and complex fabrication projects at the same time.
- Support overall plant operations and other responsibilities as assigned.
