Excellent internship opportunity with a nationally recognized forensic structural consulting firm based in our Chicago area office. We are looking for a motivated, committed, and enthusiastic candidate interested in working with experienced structural engineers to solve challenging problems.

Responsibilities

Forensic investigation and analysis
Laboratory and field testing
Analysis of structural components and systems
Repair design and detail development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering / Structures
Intend to pursue master's degree in Civil Engineering / Structures
Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills
Strong analytical ability
Ability to travel and perform field work including working at heights
Interest in pursuing profession in forensic engineering
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
