Work You'll Do

As a Strategy & Consulting Analyst, you will work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts to help leading Energy and Utilities organizations address complex business challenges, improve performance, and accelerate their transformation journey. You will support the design and delivery of business and technology-driven solutions, leveraging digital, data, and emerging technologies to create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research within the Energy, Utilities, and Resources sectors.

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in the delivery of large-scale transformation and business change initiatives.

• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and client deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client needs.

• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, status reporting, and risk management.

• Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.

• Participate in workshops and client meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.

• Leverage digital, data, AI, and technology trends to help clients unlock new sources of value and improve business performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Energy Management, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, project management, business analysis, energy, utilities, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.

• Ability to structure complex information and translate it into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Energy Transition, Grid Modernization, Infrastructure, and/or Digital & AI Transformation.

• Exposure to project management, business process analysis, or transformation projects.

• Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.

• Master's degree will be considered an asset.
