We work with leading investors, management teams and corporates to unlock value, enhance performance and improve decision making across their most important assets, complex transactions and restructurings.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with corporate client, Private Equity funds and portfolio companies, shaping data-driven insights that improve business performance and investment returns. 

What your days will look like: 

As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role across client engagements, propositions and the wider team. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, analytical depth, and the ability to lead complex programmes while building trusted relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders. 

You will: 

• Lead complex, data-driven engagements across performance transparency, value creation, and commercial and operational improvement programmes. 

• Own the structure, direction and delivery of analytical workstreams, ensuring outputs are commercially relevant, technically robust and clearly linked to value creation. 

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches, identifying key value drivers, hypotheses, data requirements and decision points. 

• Manage larger or multi-workstream programmes, balancing client priorities, delivery quality, team capacity, timelines and commercial outcomes. 

• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, including investors, C-suite executives and functional leaders, to shape thinking, challenge constructively and drive alignment. 

• Work closely with Strategy&, Deals and wider PwC teams to integrate analytics into broader value creation, diligence, restructuring and transformation programmes. 

• Oversee the development of compelling analyses, dashboards, models and insight tools, typically using Power BI, GenAI, Alteryx, SQL, Python or related technologies. 

• Champion the use of automation and emerging / cutting edge technologies to improve delivery efficiency, insight generation and scalability. 

• Lead, coach and develop teams of Managers, Senior Associates and Associates, setting clear direction and building capability across commercial analytics, modelling and client delivery. 

• Play an active role in business development, including shaping opportunities, developing proposals, leading sections of pitches, and supporting senior client relationships. 

• Contribute to the development of market-facing propositions, reusable frameworks, accelerators and assets that strengthen the team’s differentiation and growth. 

This role is for you if you have: 

• Strong understanding of business performance drivers, financial metrics and operational levers, with the ability to connect analytics directly to value creation. 

• Experience leading complex analytics, modelling or performance improvement engagements in fast-paced client environments. 

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define analytical approaches and technical solutions, and guide teams towards clear, commercially relevant outputs for non-technical audiences.. 

• Experience in post-deal, value creation, performance improvement, turnaround, restructuring or transaction-related environments. 

• Familiarity with Private Equity, investor priorities and value creation planning. 

• Exposure to financial modelling, performance reporting, or an understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow linkages. 

• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-suite executives, investors, management teams or senior internal stakeholders. 

• Experience overseeing data-led insights using tools such as Power BI, GenAI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power Query or similar technologies. 

• Track record of managing multi-level teams across multiple workstreams, including ownership of scope, quality, timelines, risks, team leverage and client communication. 

• Experience supporting or leading business development activity, including opportunity shaping, proposal development and client pitches.
