We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Risk Tech Asia & Pacific team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and turn priorities into practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Marsh Risk Tech Asia & Pacific CIO, you will work closely with the Digital and Product Management Leader and business segment leaders to align regional delivery with Marsh’s global technology strategy. You will also help build a small team that translates ideas into governed solutions with clear value for colleagues and clients.
We will count on you to:
- Partner with business and technology leaders to shape priorities and identify where change will create the most value
- Challenge existing approaches constructively and help teams focus on the right problems before solutioning begins
- Translate business needs into clear roadmaps and delivery plans with measurable outcomes
- Lead applied AI delivery from problem framing through to production, with a clear focus on adoption and business impact
- Build, coach and support a small team of forward-deployed engineers and AI business analysts embedded with the business
- Manage budget, resourcing and delivery trade-offs while maintaining clear governance, security, risk and operational controls
What you need to have:
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and delivered digital capabilities
- Proven experience leading technology, product or AI-enabled initiatives from discovery through to production
- The ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across a complex, matrixed stakeholder environment
- Experience coaching and developing team members while managing priorities, timelines and resources across multiple initiatives
