We want to drive and develop our relationships and partnerships within our Travel proposition to provide our members priority/guaranteed access to the world’s best travel providers and experiences.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager for Travel, you will ensure that you are working with other key Travel stakeholders across our business, while playing a critical role in taking overall responsibility for our Travel proposition in Latin America, ensuring it remains commercially strong, strategically relevant and aligned with the needs of members, travel partners and internal stakeholders. The role will focus on identifying and creating travel trends, strengthening partner journeys, improving internal processes and driving travel commission revenues through effective partnership management.

In addition, the Partnership Manager will maintain and enhance existing travel partnerships while identifying and negotiating new agreements that address proposition gaps and support business growth. Working with other teams, the role will also contribute to projects, reporting, campaigns and platform strategies across the business, while also supporting partner engagement activities such as training, networking events and showcases.

Requirements

Essential Requirements includes

Significant experience working within the travel industry, with a passion for working in the luxury space.

A track record of brokering and agreeing new agreements with travel suppliers and partners

Passionate and capable about enhancing existing supplier relationships and evergreen benefits.

A curious mindset, able to identify gaps in partner portfolio's

Ability to build new travel-related programmes from scratch where required.

Broad and deep experience of developing partnerships across hotels, airlines, transfers, rental cars, car providers, limousines and other travel services - specifically within Latin America

Driving commission benefits, commission revenue and supplier revenue.

Negotiating marketing support and branded content opportunities with partners.

Supporting corporate requests for new assets, exclusive benefits or launch campaigns.

Ensuring partners and benefits are positioned effectively to members.

Other skills & abilities that would be helpful

Strong understanding of travel related systems and set-ups (GDS)

Experience in using data from lots of channels to make informed decisions

Background in Marketing and/or content would be helpful.
