Job Description:

The Strategic Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of high‑impact marketing strategies that enable DXC to achieve its business objectives across industries, solutions, and regions. Working closely with the Strategic Marketing Partner, the associate translates market insights, customer needs, and business priorities into actionable marketing strategies and programs that strengthen DXC’s competitive positioning and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Marketing Partner in developing quarterly, annual, and multi‑year marketing strategies aligned with DXC’s business priorities.

• Contribute to the creation of business cases, strategic frameworks, and go‑to‑market recommendations.

• Assist in aligning marketing initiatives across functions (sales, offerings, industry teams, brand, demand generation) to ensure cohesive execution.

• Translate strategy into structured, actionable programs with defined objectives, timelines, stakeholders, and success metrics.

• Prepare briefing materials, strategic updates, and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate intent, status, and impact of marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders at multiple levels, ensuring marketing activities remain synchronized with sales priorities and offering roadmaps.

• Support the partner in managing communication flows, stakeholder expectations, and cross-team alignment.

• Assist in developing strategic narratives and positioning frameworks that articulate DXC’s value proposition, differentiators, and customer-relevant stories.

• Support the creation of strategic messaging for major campaigns, events, industry and transformational initiatives.
