What would your role be? 

• Drive strategic client acquisition in the UHNW and Family office segment: build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline of prospects
• Establish a data-driven pipeline approach to increase transparency, predictability, and conversion rates while ensuring focus on the highest-value opportunities
• Apply this approach across the firm and partner closely with Relationship Managers to accelerate their own leads
• Build, develop, and leverage a structured ecosystem of external partners, introducers, and influencers to originate qualified opportunities and expand market access beyond traditional acquisition channels
• Run deal teams and coordinate internal stakeholders across products, advisory, and leadership teams to deliver compelling, differentiated value propositions for complex client opportunities
• Continuously analyze market developments, competitor activity, and client trends to identify emerging opportunities and refine acquisition strategies

What are we looking for?

• Proven success in strategic business development with existing network in the UHNW and/or family office space in Switzerland (and Germany)
• Proven ability to establish, cultivate, and activate strategic partner ecosystems that generate qualified business opportunities
• Demonstrated experience in developing winning client-specific propositions, commercial strategies, and pricing approaches for competitive situations
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, coupled with disciplined execution and a results-oriented mindset
• High degree of ownership, resilience, and accountability paired with a hands-on and proactive mentality
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative team player who builds trusted partnerships across Relationship Management, Investment Advisory, Product Specialists, and senior leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes
