We’re looking for a Staff Sales Recruiter (Contract), to join Procore’s Recruiting team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore regions.

As our Staff Recruiter you will drive our recruitment processes for a range of roles across our ANZ & SG GTM teams by focusing on attracting top-tier talent that meet our company’s unique needs. You are naturally passionate about providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a great role for someone who is well-versed in hiring seasoned Sales professionals within a fast-paced SaaS organization and is looking to make an impact in their next role. 

Your role will be based in the Procore Sydney office with hybrid work arrangement, reporting to Senior Manager, Recruiting. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately for a 12 month contract. 

What you’ll do:

• Own the hiring process for all IC & management roles within the ANZ  Up-Market segment (Enterprise & Strategic), from managing HC to filling reqs
• Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to hiring partners and reinforce best practices for hiring top talent
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for engaging and recruiting a diverse slate of talent 
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for immediate hiring needs while also building long-term relationship-driven pipelines for future needs
• Set a high bar for talent, through sourcing and identifying innovative ways to build the Procore talent brand in new markets
• Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices in the SaaS industry, as it relates to Sales hires 
• Put a strong emphasis on diversity and take pride in forming teams that bring together a range of thoughts and perspectives
• Become an expert across our Talent systems (Gem Recruiting, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter)

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years experience in a Recruiter role focused on supporting Sales & Professional Services teams (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency), preferably with experience in a SaaS company or environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred
• A consistent and proven track record of success in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Prior experience hiring a wide range of roles including individual contributor and management opportunities 
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday & SmartRecruiters experience preferred but not required
• Experience building a hiring process from scratch and working with first time hiring managers
• Ability to think strategically and build collaborative partnerships with key, senior stakeholders
• An empathetic, adaptable, and highly motivated individual with a desire to dig into the details of hiring nuances and deliver high-quality results
