Promoting best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting the patient experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused Advanced Practice Provider to join Keeps Medical Group (KMG) as a staff level telemedicine clinician to care for patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

- Uncapped compensation package: $90,000 to $180,000 per year (base + task pay)

What you get to do every day
- Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
- Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
- Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the role
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, experience with family or internal medicine
- Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses.
- Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) a plus
- No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
- Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients
- Passionate about asking intuitive questions and educating patients about their condition
- Willingness to work across various conditions / service lines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
