The Staff Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for shaping and evolving Cytiva's integration and event-driven architecture landscape, enabling secure, scalable and real-time connectivity across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and external partners. This role drives adoption of API-led and event-driven integration patterns, including messaging platforms and event mesh technologies, while establishing architecture standards that improve business agility, operational resilience and digital transformation outcomes.

This position reports to Director - Enterprise Solution Architecture and is part of the Solution Architect team located in Bangalore (India) and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Design and evolve a scalable and secure integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
• Design and govern Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using asynchronous messaging, publish/subscribe and event streaming patterns. Define architecture standards and best practices for event brokers, messaging platforms and event mesh technologies such as Solace.
• Collaborate with solution architects, software engineer teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for event-driven integration and real-time business processes.
• Lead the implementation of integration solutions between Cytiva’s enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, etc.), focusing on API Management, B2B, and process automation.
• Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, architecture documentation, and technical standards in collaboration with architecture and development teams.
• Support platform lifecycle management by working with internal teams and vendors to ensure integration platforms remain current and secure

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience with 8+ years of experience in Integration architecture and integration platforms.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions. Experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Solace, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS Event Bridge or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Boomi, including Integration, API Management, and B2B/EDI
• Strong track record in developing integration solutions using SQL, Java, JSON, XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP/REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical problems under pressure through collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear, audience-appropriate communication.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Holding or actively pursuing the Boomi Professional Architect, Solace Certified Engineer or equivalent integration certifications.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms
