Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst, EMEA & APAC
Grade: P3
Job Duties:
The Senior Treasury Analyst, EMEA & APAC supports regional cash operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific as part of the Global Cash Operations team. This role monitors daily cash balances, recommends and executes bank account funding, supports cash repatriation and payables, and helps maintain appropriate liquidity across both regions. The analyst works closely with the Americas cash team, regional finance and controllership partners, and banking partners to coordinate global funding and deliver accurate treasury reporting. NCR Voyix uses Kyriba for cash management, and the successful candidate will develop strong expertise in cash forecasting, treasury payments, online banking portals, and regional bank account administration. This role is office based in an NCR Voyix office within the EMEA or APAC region.
Key responsibilities, for all countries in the EMEA and APAC regions:
- Prepare daily cash positions and review bank account activity for entities across EMEA and APAC.
- Initiate bank transfers and treasury payments as needed.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts across weekly, monthly, and quarterly horizons; investigate material variances and improve forecast accuracy.
- Assess excess cash and funding requirements, coordinate liquidity across regional entities, and support repatriation of excess cash to the United States.
- Monitor the regional currency landscape and partner with the FX Manager to execute currency conversions and support management of foreign exchange exposures.
- Support bank optimization initiatives by analyzing account structures, preparing recommendations, and coordinating approved banking changes across EMEA and APAC.
- Partner with controllership and business units to understand banking needs and evaluate account structure requirements for new or existing entities.
- Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and modifications, including signatories, documentation, and bank portal access.
- Prepare recurring reporting on cash forecasts, forecast-versus-actual performance, Free Cash Flow, and intercompany loan activity.
- Complete banking documentation and KYC requirements accurately and on time, coordinating with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
- Analyze bank fees, identify anomalies or savings opportunities, and support actions to reduce bank fee expenses.
- Support the treasury department budgeting and purchase order processes, including tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, audit requests, and SOX control evidence.
- Maintain treasury procedures and support documentation for regional cash operations and banking activities.
- Collaborate effectively across time zones and within a globally diverse, multicultural team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Four or more years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.
- Experience supporting cash operations across multiple countries, legal entities, currencies, or banking relationships.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across EMEA and APAC.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience preparing management-ready reporting and variance analysis.
- Experience with Kyriba or another treasury management system preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or a comparable ERP will be considered an advantage.
- Experience operating within a SOX-controlled environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
