JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Sr. Structural Manager to lead and oversee the structural engineering division within our organization. As Sr. Structural Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all structural engineering activities are executed with the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects. Your leadership will be critical in driving technical excellence and innovation while aligning with the strategic goals of JASARA PMC and Vision 2030.
Working in a dynamic and challenging environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver transformational social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco on impactful projects that shape the future of the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
- Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices in line with industry codes and regulations.
- Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure structural designs align with project objectives.
- Mentor and develop structural engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address structural engineering challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and innovations in structural engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
