Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in descending order of percentage of time required)

• Own day-to-day website and app operations , ensuring all content, products, collections, and promotions are accurately executed and maintained
• Execute merchandising updates across digital properties, including product setup, categorization, navigation, badging, pricing displays, and promotional placement
• Configure and launch promotions, campaigns, and site updates according to timelines and business requirements
• Perform thorough QA on all updates to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless customer experience across devices
• Manage backend systems and administrative workflows within CMS and commerce platforms
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams, including managing tickets, tracking requests, and ensuring timely completion of work
• Conduct regular site audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimization opportunities across product pages, category pages, and key user flows. Update site as needed based on audits and feedback.
• Analyze website and product performance using analytics tools, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and engagement
• Optimize product presentation, content, and merchandising strategies based on performance insights and business priorities
• Support launches of new products, promotions, and campaigns by ensuring proper setup, QA, and execution on-site
• Track and maintain operational performance metrics, including launch timeliness and error rates
• Ensure site content and merchandising adhere to brand standards and best practices
• Assist in maintaining reporting and dashboards to support team visibility into site performance and execution metrics
• Stay abreast of new design technologies, techniques, and resources that will help to improve workflow and quality of projects. Find opportunities to automate and improve reporting
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (requirements necessary to perform listed duties and responsibilities)

Education/Certifications:

• BS/BA in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 2+ years of web strategy and site management experience
• 2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, website or app management
• 1+ years using content management systems
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
• Proven hands-on experience managing and updating websites within a CMS or commerce platform
• Experience with product merchandising strategies in an eCommerce environment

• 5% travel required; valid driver's license
