We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Field Sales Consultant to join the Cengage team in Oregon and parts of Washington. As a Sales professional at Cengage, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and helping millions of learners improve their lives through education. We are seeking a proven sales expert who can determine customer needs, successfully implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships. Responsibilities:
Determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s variable Sales incentive compensation program.
$67,000.00 - $87,100.00 USD0Target Variable Compensation:
60,000.00 USD Annual: Individual Targetannually
Actual incentive earnings are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the target amount based on achievement of performance goals and the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
