Meet the team:

Our Project Management team within Post-Market Surveillance area is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Fixed-term, Maternity Cover) to join our team and lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Where you come in:

• You will lead strategic projects and initiatives, primarily working with Headquarters in US.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and drive project success.
• You will develop and implement an execution plan based on the project’s scope, timeline, and available resources.
• You will support the execution team in resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies.
• You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• You will ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• You will track project outcomes using established metrics and success criteria.
• You will contribute to advancing PMO maturity by strengthening project management standards, leveraging digital tools, promoting best practices, and mentoring less experienced project managers to enhance delivery consistency, capability growth, and decision-making.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clearly communicate your insights, evaluate information and data to make informed decisions, anticipate obstacles, and develop actionable plans to resolve issues.
• You embrace change with a proactive mindset, lead change initiatives, approach challenges creatively, balance multiple and competing priorities, and execute tasks with precision.
• You hold (or are working toward) PMP, PRINCE2, or related Project/Program Management certifications.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs in multinational organizations

Flex Workplace:

• Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
