TDI partners with teams across the company to build and support the infrastructure, automation, and enterprise applications that keep operations running smoothly. Focused on enabling productivity and aligning technology with business goals, TDI plays a vital role in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth
Join the TDI Commissions team that supports the Xactly platform across Incent, Connect, Extend, and other Okta-enabled modules. We work with GTM Ops and Commissions Ops to turn business requirements into compensation plan configurations, and we maintain integrations with Salesforce and Workday.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Xactly Incent Analyst who can work very closely with the Commissions Operation and Sales Commissions team on strategic, organizational and operational projects designed for the Xactly system to successfully support Incentive Compensations.
A strong candidate will be a key driver of systems and process improvements across the Org. You'll also scale Xactly to meet future business needs as the company grows.
Due to the Business criticality, this role will be required to work with a few hours overlap of US (Pacific Time) hours during the onboarding/training process and month end close and/or as required.
What you’ll be doing
- Subject matter expert in designing, building, and deploying custom low-code applications, workflows, and tailored user workspaces using Xactly Extend to automate complex compensation processes, approvals, and exception management.
- Gathering, documenting, developing and migrating Xactly Extend as per Business requirements.
- Developing custom AI agents using Xactly Extend.
- Partner with Sales Commissions Business and Finance teams to support the end to end software development cycle of Xactly Incent configurations/ implementations.
- Manage end-to-end data integrations, ETL pipelines, and secure file transfers using Xactly Connect between Xactly and core enterprise systems.
- Build the annual plan configuration and mid-year developments to support Business operations.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality technical solutions on the Xactly platform (Extend) based on industry best practices
- Gathering, documenting, developing and migrating Xactly Incent code as per Business requirements.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and adding new functionality in the Xactly.
- Build, maintain and Support BAU, Production support requests and also work on projects and major programs/initiatives.
- Research and keep updated on Xactly technology and communicate trends and future needs related to Connect to leadership.
- Investigate integration issues and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participates in data integrations and migration solutions.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher / equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with and building Sales Compensation systems in a professional, fast-paced environment using Xactly Extend, Incent and Connect.
- Xactly Extend platform development experience (Solutioning, configuring, testing, deployment and production support).
- Xactly Incent (L1, L2 and L3 levels) certified.
- Xactly Connect platform development experience (Configuring, testing, deployment and production support).
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and how the data flows from Salesforce into Xactly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a technical capability to support Sales Compensation systems.
- Strong business relationship and partnership skills and experience.
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to operate collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and expansive learning.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under challenging timelines.
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
- Hands on experience with Xactly Analytics, Reporting
- Knowledge about Xactly Connect integrations and automations
- Domain experience in Sales Commissions and Finance systems
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Workday, Greenhouse, Anaplan, ETL Applications (Snowflake/Informatica)
