The Role

Your Impact

Scope of Work: Oversee and manage facilities operations across the entire AT India.

Facility & Vendor Management: Manage third-party staff and vendors, ensuring high service quality and operational compliance.

Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, landlords, and local government officials.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce HS&E standards, manage access control, and oversee evacuation plans and safety equipment.

Space & Maintenance: Coordinate space allocation, MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), and conduct regular inspections to maintain a professional office environment.

Admin Support: Handle onboarding/offboarding logistics, reception coverage, mail/shipping, inventory management, and cafeteria operations.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in facilities management or corporate administration.

Experience managing third-party vendors and interfacing with external authorities is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with COUPA is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

High sense of ownership and flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
Experience in managing corporate cafeteria/canteen operations and vendor compliance.
