Job Description
Just imagine leading the enterprise Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda for the LEGO Group. Then make it real.
About the role
As the Sr. Director, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, you'll lead the enterprise D&I people agenda for the LEGO Group by setting strategic direction, standards, governance and senior stakeholder alignment, while enabling delivery through embedded process owners across our People, Places and Culture (PPC) organisation. You'll provide senior advisory and challenge on D&I risks, opportunities, trade-offs and business implications, while ensuring the agenda remains relevant across different employee populations, geographies and working environments.
Please note: Relocation support is available for this role.
Required Qualifications
· Track record of leading an enterprise D&I agenda within a large global matrix organisation, delivering measurable inclusion outcomes and enterprise-wide impact.
· Designed and governed internally focused programmes across diverse working environments, including manufacturing, retail and office-based colleagues.
· Embedded inclusion into talent, culture, leadership, analytics, accessibility, rewards and workplace experience.
· Advised senior leaders on D&I risks, opportunities and trade-offs.
· Built D&I insights, impact measurement and evidence-based approaches.
· Applied systems thinking to manage interdependencies across functions, process owners and employee populations in a global matrix.
· Led and developed a specialist D&I team through organisational change.
What you'll build
· Set the enterprise D&I strategy, priorities and ambition.
· Own the operating model and clarify central ownership versus embedded execution.
· Govern standards, principles, risk framing, evidence and progress against ambitions.
· Embed D&I across talent, culture, leadership, analytics, accessibility, rewards, workplace experience and communications.
· Represent D&I in governance forums and provide credible reporting on progress, risk and outcomes.
· Lead and develop the team as a flexible advisory and enablement function.
If you've worked in a role where you led an enterprise D&I agenda across different employee populations, you'll feel at home here. Your ability to create accountability and credible governance across a complex global organisation will be key.
Life on the team
The D&I team sits within the Talent, Culture & Organisation (TC&O) department and helps shape an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. With colleagues representing more than 140 nationalities across 42 countries, the team works flexibly across specialist streams, advisory capacity and initiative management.
What success looks like
You'll create an enterprise agenda and progress across employee populations, geographies and working environments while influencing without owning every delivery lever. Over the next 18 months, you'll strengthen the strategy, operating model, programme portfolio and reporting, working closely with leaders and process owners across the organisation. The role calls for senior stakeholder influence, people leadership and an organisational change mindset.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
