Job Description
About the role
As part of the Brand & Content team, you'll help shape how Sprinklr tells its story across every stage of the customer journey. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing a homepage, a campaign, a customer story or a launch video script - and enjoys switching between them.
You will create content that helps customers understand not just what we build, but why it matters.
What you'll do
Create clear, compelling content across a variety of formats, including web pages, blogs, customer stories, campaign assets, emails, landing pages, social media, paid ads, presentations and video scripts.
Bring marketing campaigns to life by partnering with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation and Design teams.
Turn complex product capabilities into simple, customer-focused stories that resonate with enterprise audiences.
Ensure every piece of content reflects Sprinklr's brand voice, editorial standards and messaging principles.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
Use AI as a productivity partner to accelerate research, ideation and first drafts while applying strong editorial judgment to every final deliverable.
What we're looking for
5–8 years of experience creating content for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
Experience that demonstrates versatility across multiple content formats and channels.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy.
A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI tools and a thoughtful approach to using them in the content creation process.
