Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责）

• 执行工程师制定的试产及工艺改善项目方案，跟踪试产及工艺改善项目过程数据，整理数据文件；

• 跟踪工艺改善实验的样品性能，并取样报检相关测试项目；

• 发现问题并向上级反馈，协助处理粉体生产过程中的异常；

• 协助工程师完成相关项目的工艺改善工作；

• 定期向上级汇报试验进度、问题及解决办法，及时反馈异常与重要发现。

• 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力；严格按照ISO9000、IATF16949、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求；

• 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；

• 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) 能力（知识、技能和行为）

·       具备扎实的化工专业知识，熟悉常用的化工设备的原理，有一定的化学实验操作能力。

·       具备独立解决问题的能力和良好的沟通能力。做事认真，积极上进，善于沟通与思考。

·       熟练使用office办公软件。

Education/Experience 教育/经验

·       大专（含）以上

·       理工科相关专业

·       要求两年化工相关工作经验，有电池材料相关工作经验者优先
