Roles and Responsibilities  

• Supplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution. Define Materials Buy rule and ensure compliance to buy rule. Publish forecast, and be the owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and optimizing raw material liability.  

• Build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Critical Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly/quarterly review or necessary to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request. Perform negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime.  
• Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team. 

• Drive supply fungibility across network.  

• Be the owner of supply shortage resolution, escalate effectively for supply fulfillment.

• Incorporate supplier product /process EOL management into the overall supply assurance strategy. 

• Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE commercial meeting. Lead business survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review and recommend for improvement.  

• Responsible for Info record Leadtime update or any other system update requirement on monthly basis. 

• Demonstrate AI dexterity and drive BKM/improvement. 
• SME for system and tools and process.    

Education  

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:  
• Engineering  
• Supply Chain Management  
• Related field of study  

Experiences  

Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain  

Qualifications  

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills in fast-paced global manufacturing environment.  

• Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.  

• Strong influencing and relationship management skills.  

• Innovative and teamwork focused.  

• Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
